The most noteworthy item in today's WSJ opinion pages is an op-ed by a physician, Richard B. Rafal who skewers the socialist health care plan presently being debated in Congress by offering a similar proposal covering the legal profession. His proposal has doctors making the rules for lawyers, reversing the usual state of affairs.
